I am looking for ways to get teachers to use a learning management system to organize online classes and learn to interact with students using blogs and wikis. I think using commercial products (such as Florida Virtual School) may be a pathway for some teachers, since they don't develop content, but learn to manage online learning. The opposite is developing a course on Moodle -- all about content, and then learning to manage teaching online as well. What do you think is a good pathway, using a blended learning setting?
